How to find an economical solution to increase the machining accuracy for mass production of components in thinned walls, non-round and asymmetric, as well as soft or in-ferrous materials, especially how to keep high precision production with mass produced machines. Along with the development of industrious productions of machine units, spindles, indexing tables, turrets, tools and etc., the accuracy of mass-produced machines has been increased much to meet with most of the cutting demands. Now the high precision solutions of chucks and fixtures, which need enough repeatable positioning accuracy in clamping, are becoming the key to up grade the cutting capacity carried by mass-produced machines. Following is the main introduction of our economical solutions, High-precision Air-clamping System, which reaches the repeatability of clamping even in 0.001 mm.

Company Introduction
Henri Azaria P.A.L (1984) LTD was established in 1969 and now it is an ISO 9002 certified company. Now it has been equipped and geared to meet the needs of age technology with highly proficient engineering and modern production facility, which include most of the CNC controlled machines and 3D measuring equipment to keep the high quality products.

Since foundation it specialized in production of sophisticated components requiring high precision. With capacity for large and small quantities, it had obtained a lot of clamping experiences from different components and metals such as stainless steels, aluminum, brass, titanium, steel, casting and etc, even some plastics. A lot of components were non-round and asymmetric, or thinned wall, along with the development of clamping technology we became the qualified sub-supplier not only for automotive industry but also for Israeli Aircraft and Military Industries. It reached high accuracy in dimensions even keeping 0.003 mm in mass production, very tight tolerance available.

With accumulated experiences, in 1993 it started to invent new products Air-clamping System and to purchase the company PML its machine tools to set up production line for the high precision pneumatic clamping products.

Now it has production abilities to supply complete parts or units, as well as components those include not only cutting processes but also heat-treatment, coating and assembling.

Introduction of High Precision Air-clamping System
P.M.L-P.A.L High Precision Air-clamping Systems are considered not only as quality and high flexible auxiliary units economically designed to solve technical gripping or clamping problems met in turn-key orders, but also to be applied for different kinds of mass produced metal working machines as ordinary attachments.

Regularly the products cover all standard diameters between 25 and 250 mm, standard clamping jaw stroke is from 0.7 to 3 mm with 2 or 3 jaws. Also the products or clamping jaws can be designed and organized according to exclusive component requirement or demands from different clients, such clamping products are most helpful while clamping non-standard and complicated parts for finishing operation and fine finishing cutting.
